First off my wife loves her Pom. We’ve have had one for several years. They’ve died after a while but have been under warranty each time and have been easily replaced. After the one they replaced it with died I wrote them and asked if it was by chance under warranty. They told me no, but gave me a 50% off coupon to use for a new one. Same stands by their product and is a great company.
