I emailed yesterday am to let you know that it does not turn on after many hours of charging. Have yet to hear back from you.
Curvy, smooth and delicious. I expected the vibrations to be stronger, but keeping cause it still hits the spot :)
I got my first Dame last year and it recently wasn’t charging properly. I contacted Customer service and they immediately helped me and sent me a new device as it was still under warranty. It was fast and easy and got my new product within a week.
Own a few products and love them all.
It smells so good! And I love that it has a built in pouring spout which makes things very convenient and not messy. It also absorbs into the skin well too!

Not the quality or proficiency I expected from the advertising. Am disappointed I wasted my money
I’m not one who needs all the fancy patterns lol so the buttons got alittle confusing and a smudge irritating especially when I’m RIIIIIIGHT there and hit the wrong button and I loose it. But other than that I love it. Suction is plenty strong enough. Fastest I’ve cam yet. Thanks :)
Bad products do to buy
Everything came packaged nicely and was great quality.
After charging, did not work but eventually did turn on. There was 'dirt' on the end making me think it was a return.
I recommend Dame to friends often. As a female owned and science-centric maker, I appreciate and trust the company. Also, awesome customer service the one time I had a charging issue with an older product. Very happy with all of my purchases!
Customer service was a pleasure to work with. They helped get me a new product quickly under warranty.
The Same service was very quick to respond and friendly when I had sent an email about a shipping charge. I liked the fact that the company has products made by women, so they know what kind of products we want.

i love my pom, and had it for years, and when it finally died (wouldn’t hold a charge) i asked about recycling (not yet!) but the lovely customer service agent gave me a helpful coupon for a new one - so i got a new color and i’m very happy with my new friend! curious about the non-magnetic charging though, whether it will last longer? is it still totally waterproof? sad the hookup changed and now my old cords don’t work. feels like apple lol
