Customer service and shipped was good. The back pack is almost perfect for my son(5 years old) but it would be nice if it was slightly shorter and 12 inches wide instead of 10 so it could fit books more easily.

The carry-on arrived with no front logo on it. I find it in the shipping box, unglued. i opened a support request, no news.i sent 2 emails to my account representative, no news. I’ve waiting since 1 month for someone to contact me. At least, it’s not major issue, but i hope that everything can finish the first travel with !
