Mostly dependable except wheels. Also liked the layout with 2 distinct sides. Used the Dakine Transport only for international trips, about 6 trip in recent years. The a wheel shredded, like a trucks retreat. It has one layer over another. Tried to replace wheel and after taking it apart, I don't see a way. It's a part of the corner piece. Other brands typically have replacement wheels. Have photos.

This brand doesn’t allow for the reselling when you’re done with a product. They cite trademarking infringement. Ridiculous. Once I pay for anything, it’s mine to do what I please. Because of this I won’t be purchasing this brand again. Wake up, DaKine, you don’t hold control over previously purchased products!

Bottom of the backpack is thin layer of nylon fabric, that did not last long. Brandon Lee (Dakine) told me that Your product's damage was caused by wear and tear which is not covered. Will not buy Dakine again.

I wouldn't be surprised if there's only one person in this department, and that person is always on vacation. This is probably the slowest warranty process ever. I've had my product for a month, and it ripped at the seams. It's been over a month and a half since I submitted my warranty request, and still, I have no updates.

The clip is such poor quality that it will break immediately. I have shared a photo of another hats clip and this one that broke after two sessions. I love dakine products and this is an embarrassment for them.
