I’ve had a really amazing experience with Daisy London customer service! One of my necklaces broke unexpectedly which was disappointing but their customer service team was more than happy to help send out a replacement necklace. This even arrived 2 days after my initial email. Although the necklace breaking was disappointing, I’d still choose Daisy London over another jewellery brand as it’s clear how well they look after their customers.

The jewellery is amazing! I struggle to find good quality silver items as I feel a lot of companies focus on gold. Daisy is my go-to for everything from rings to necklaces. I’ve suggested it to lots of friends who have all agreed the quality is great and have now made it their main brand when it comes to jewellery!
