I had a problem with an item that was purchased for me as a gift. I contacted customer services and George replied straight away. He answered my questions, was very helpful and very quick to solve the problem. A replacement was sent out and was even put on hold as I was on holiday. The two pairs of earrings I purchased are beautiful. Lovely quality and both look more expensive than they were. They are for presents and a separate box for each pair would have been appreciated, which is why i didn’t rate 5 ⭐️

I’ve bought several necklaces and pairs of earrings from here over the years. The designs are beautiful and the quality has always been great, but what really stands out is the customer service.
