I kept getting texts and emails about the 20% off friends and family sale, but without fail when I would put a product in my cart, it reverted back to full price. The preview would show the sale price, but when added to cart that price was gone and the full price was there. Even when I was logged in, and even when I went all the way to the end of the checkout process. It was super frustrating.

The order was perfect besides the fact that I live outside of the us so my family delivered me the package but they took away in the airport the big styling cream 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I recieved my hair and body spray with the top partly unscrewed and the product soaking the box. Customer service has done basically nothing to communicate or help me with the issue. Its been 2 weeks with no help and over 3 weeks since I sent my initial complaint. I loved Dae's products but after the lack of customer service I've recieved i doubt I'll buy anything in the future. I hate being a Karen as I'm 24 and work in customer service myself so I understand everyone is busy, but this is ridiculous. Super unprofessional and very disappointing.

LOVING THE JUMBO SIZE!!!!! Thank you for making Jumbo. My two staples the leave in conditioner are CHEFS KISS and the detox shampoo is incredible. And the amazing conditioner. My heavily bleached highlighted hair thanks you.

I ordered the shampoo, conditioner and hair spray. They smelled good but that was all, after 4 days of using the products my scalp broke out all over and I had a ton of sores. this was the only new products I was using so I know it was from the shampoo and conditioner. I emailed 4 times about my issue and how i wanted to initiate a return for a refund and I never got a reply I then Chatted in on the website and they said someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hours and that never happened. I understand that some products aren't for everyone but the customer service part is the worst and for that I wouldn't recommend these products to anyone. Do better Dae.

Horrible customer service. My body mist arrived completely leaked out and despite reaching out to customer service 5 times and through Instagram, I couldn’t get so much as a reply. Super disappointing since I love the scent and like the styling cream.

LOVE all the products I have so far!

All in all great products. My only complaints are the car freshener does not last a day or so and the shampoo dries my hair out with continued use. Everything else is really great.

Product exploded in shipment so was empty when I returned. Reached out to customer service letting them know what happened and they said they would send a replacement, which I never received.

Great experience. Package arrived safe and the contents were well packed. Quality products. Easy to shop.
