We were really pleased and would consider using them again. The standard delivery time was quite long but we opted to wait rather than pay extra for a quicker delivery as we were not sure if the colour was going to be OK and could potentially have had to pay return postage costs. We did ask if it was possible to get colour samples but they don't currently offer this. As it happens all was great so we kept the furniture. There was a bit of mix up with us getting a text saying the delivery was next day but then they sent an email saying that had been a system error. I spoke to them and customer service were very helpful and we did still get the delivery within the stated timeframe of 2 weeks.
