Good communication, easy to order And deliver updates

I bought 2 X-Quads & love them. Great people magnet, people are constantly approaching me for info when seeing me riding. I bought 2 so I can ride with date, kids & grand kids. I bought 2 Rovers bought in 2002 so when the Quads came out it was a no brainier. Max is my go to guy. He takes great care of me. Want to meet people? Get a Quad.

Not usually a review guy but had to say something about this. CycleBoard has seriously changed my life. I have MS and walking can be a real challenge some days. I wasn’t sure if getting something like this would actually help or just end up sitting in the garage. Turns out, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My wife and I both have one now and we use them all the time. So many people ask to ride on it and when they do the first thing they ask is "where can I get one" these things are awesome. I have had mine for over two years now and honestly, I would not know what to do without it. I can go on walks with my kids, take them to the park, get to their sporting events — all the little things that matter most. It gives me a freedom and normalcy I didn’t think I would get back. It’s super stable, easy to ride, and just plain fun. Even on my worst days, I can still get out, ride around, and feel like myself again. If you’re on the fence about it—stop thinking about it and just get one. There’s nothing else out there like it. CycleBoard, you guys crushed it. Thank you for making something that actually gives people their freedom back.

Shipping was fast, Assembly was easy. Riding is fun. I plan on taking it elk hunting and covering more mileage in Colorado this year!

This is a high quality machine with lots of power and well built. I was impressed with the design and sturdiness of the machine. Can’t wait to get the golf accessories to attach to the board and take it out on the course. Fun to ride and easy to maneuver.

Had to order a rear tire. I got all three just in case the front needed to be replaced.

So far exceptional results

Amazing device. I’m using it to keep up with my daughter as I have paralysis on the right side of my body. Steering and throttle response definitely take some getting used to but I would buy it a 100x over. Life changer.

I purchased the X Quad golf package. Needed to follow the video instructions to assemble it. Even though I am not that handy with brake and wheel assembly, it wasn’t difficult. The X Quad is a beast. Very well put together and good looking. Because it is winter here in Minnesota, I have only taken it out for a few test drives. It takes a few rides to get used to the turning because it is more of a skate board control. Overall very pleased and cannot wait to get it on the golf course.

I dreamt of buying a Cycleboard Rover for many years before the XQuad came out. I decided to get one when they went on sale for the holidays. On the very first ride I took the XQuad out on, I had an accident. I broke my brand new (not purchased from Cycleboard) helmet and a brake cable. I reached out to Cycleboard and they immediately shipped out replacements for everything, including the helmet, at no cost to me. The XQuad is built like a tank and is a solid piece of gear. Cycleboard customer service is top notch and they really care about making sure people are happy with their products.

Quick responses on questions I had as well as some missing parts.

To begin, our two new Legion EBikes are bringing great FUN and Joy to our family. Christmas presents to a family of 5, 3 boys and a couple of fun parents. All transparency, one of the two bikes did arrive with the chain in a configuration build which required Cycleboard support live to remove the de-railer, then the gear shift wire to get the chain on the sprockets and around the frame correctly. The other bike arrived perfectly. For the bike needing additional support Michael was an absolute superstar. Knowledgeable, patient, and a very cool guy. We spent a couple of hours on facetime including updating shifting until the bike was perfect. THANK YOU MICHAEL! I learned about these bikes from a good friend (smart in finding quality product at the best price point) of mine. Now being an owner can't recommend Cycleboard/Legion EBikes enough. The boys and I love them. I've let some good friends take a spin on them and as recent as today heard how 'Sick' fun they are :). Hope you have the same and even better experience. I first visited Cycleboard’s website in late 2023 when I discovered that they sell the very impressive Legion SS-1200 eScrambler ebike. I like that Cycleboard is based in California, USA. I also noticed they have a very positive online reputation. So, I waited for end-of-season sale pricing, and discovered that I could afford two SS-1200 ebikes! The Cycleboard Team replied promptly to my email (I was explaining my delivery address) and delivered each ebike all the way from California to my door on a mountain in Vermont in only five days. That was awesome. I thank Cycleboard for making these transactions so easy and affordable. I’ll keep checking their website and you can be sure I’ll recommend them to everyone!

Hey I’m loving the cycle board so far it is a great product the only thing is they didn’t send the wheel finders. Have to check on that other than that everything is good so far.

I just bought the Cycleboard SS-1200 eScrambler ebike, and I’m so glad I did! I am very impressed with the quality of design, materials, and construction. It’s exactly the kind of ebike I was hoping to find: an aluminum trapezoidal frame on a long (55-inch) wheelbase with a full suspension, weighing less than 100lbs. I bought new a Super73 S2 hard tail only two years ago, so now I own two cafe racer e-bikes. But the Cycleboard/Legion SS-1200 is superior to the Super73 in every way. Bigger, more rugged, more comfortable, smoother, quieter, better riding. So, thank you to the Cycleboard Team, who quickly replied to my email, and delivered the ebike from California to Vermont in only five days. I’m loving this purchase. Probably the best money I’ve spent in years.
