Customer service was very responsive and the board was delivered within 5days, but the attachments are still on backorder.

Excellent customer service they got me a replacement controller to fix my error 010. Shipping was fast too.

The Scooter is well designed, has battery cover and compartment which is totally different from normal scooter. It is the best design so far we have seen. It is easy to work with.

I just got my x-quad and after unboxing and getting it on the road its. . . so Awesome! The steering was a little different for a min, but its pretty intuitive, especially since I snowboard. I know I'm going to love this thing!

I had an issue with my scooter which required some warranty parts be sent. They took care of the parts and expidited the shipment. Support is not 24x7 so be patient in getting a response back. That part could be improved upon.

Took 20 minutes to get the hang of the steering but off and enjoying the ride. Initial support for the damaged valve stems was quick. Still wondering what is going on with my trailer order, seems to be stuck in limbo somewhere.

Grat company and service

I bought 2 x quads for myself and my son for the golf course and they have been a blast. We constantly have people commenting about the boards, and we also get questions about how much and where do we get them. These boards have changed our rounds by allowing freedom and also they allow you to stay energized throughout the round. Definitely worth the money.
