Customer service was quite terrible.
Customer service was quite terrible. I bought one of the Mondavi x Bernardaud bottles. When I tried to contact customer service 4 times by email for shipping information and the winery visit, I did not receive a single response. I finally had to contact the RMW twitter account to get some customer service. The bottle and packaging is beautiful and I'm sure the wine will be well made but the poor customer service will make me think twice before making another purchase or visiting your winery again.
