Terrible customer service. No one responds to emails or phone calls. Left messages repeatedly and did not get one phone call back. The wine is really good. Perhaps they can focus on the customer service to increase sales.

I order 6 botttles every
I order 6 botttles every 2 months and there is NO charge for the delivery. The deliveries are punctual and the bottles arrive safely packed. Whenever I have spoken with a representative, they are always very nice and answer my questions thoroughly. They deserve my 5 star rating from A-Z.
