I used this small scale stencil to do a makeover on a fireplace from a horrid brown to a softer coastal feel which worked out well for the scale of the project. The selection and designs that Cutting Edge carry is impressive. My only change would be to use a softer and more flexible Mylar for the stencils allowing you to get into the corners much more easily than the stiffer/thinner Mylar. It’s also easier to clean the thicker and softer grade, you don’t catch tiny cutouts as much. I used a pearlescent white on the tips of the corals to give some added interest which really popped the design to another level. My client was over the moon happy with the new look which lends very well to the coastal feel for her Florida home renovation.

The tacky spray really helped with my stencil. I ordered a large stencil and it helped so much.

I purchased the French poem. It is the first time I have used a stencil on furniture. The product is good quality and easy to use. (I just have not figured out how to clean it after use without bending/harming the small lettering). I am happy with my purchase, and hope to buy more stencils in the future.

It did take quite a long time to get my stencil inlay, but it's ok.... I live in Symi, a small island in Northeast Greece and it comes from US by post. I can wait for as long as it takes to get the Cutting Edge Stencils that are unique and I love them.
