Good/easy stuff: ordering; delivery; molding; customer service. Not for me: didn’t help with snoring; slight roughness on an edge; doesn’t feel great with a tongue tie. Asking for and getting a refund was easy and quick. You’ll need the lot number off the package it comes in, so don’t throw that out!

They truly stand behind their products and care about how it works for you. They use good quality materials.

The mouth piece didn't work out for me. But the response from the company for a refund was fast and professional. Also when product was shipped out was having trouble receiving it. Email the company and they responded quickly and found out it was because of all the crazy weather that put the postal service behind. If the company had something else I was interested in I would order from them again.

It works, but it formed wrong on my bottom teeth. When I put it in to set it, it shifted, and now it is not set right. I will have to purchase another.

Part of the back edges fell over when I tried to mold it to my mouth. It fits okay. I can tell a big difference when I wear it but I am still building up to all night.

I received the mouth guard quickly. It doesn't work, however.

After a few hundred dollars wasted I finally found a devise that worked!

Customer service is very responsive and helpful! This has been a life saver for my tinnitus and tmj. I can not go without my night gaurd!
