I always check with Current Pleasures first, before buying any electro equipment. And they are willing to explain things you don't understand. Try getting that anywhere else!

Works great but its over my head. Much too sophisticated for my use. So many capabilities that it is too complicated for a simple electrostim user. Not your problem -- someday when I have a few weeks, I sit down to figure it out -- but not now.

I found Current Pleasures' customer services to be friendly and as helpful as they could reasonably be.... Of course, you don't really want to find out how good people are at dealing with customers. You just want to buy your stuff and move on, right?. Oh well. Wasn't their fault. Their product is fine and does what it says, and it arrived really promptly too - or would have. Here's the thing. I had a notification on my phone from 'USPS' declaring that the package had been delivered. No sign of it. (Took me a while to work out who USPS was. I got there in the end.) It turned up three days later in the local Post Office. There was 20% tax plus a customs fee to pay. All in all, it worked out quite expensive for a few small TENS pads. Current Pleasures explained that they 'under report' the value of the package contents in the hope of avoiding this kind of thing - I guess with relatively low value shipments it's always a risk. So... Great company, good product, friendly service. But 'caveat emptor' if you're shipping to Europe.
