I love that this product produced a perfect, no crunch, curl. I combine it with a anti-humidity serum (from another brand). Most products have obtrusive fragrances that make me sneeze and interfere with other fragrance. One fragrance per day, in the form of lightly applied cologne, is better than a barrage of fragrances from every product, in every room, even at work, all day long. We have a epidemiological fragrance health problem in our country.

Buyer beware… products are overpriced and underperforming. Money back guarantee? Not for their tools, aka the diffusers. I was so excited when the XXL came back in stock and ordered right away but went from disappointed to outraged. The diffuser is not great, not enough power to actually make the XXL attachment useful so I tried to return. NON-RETURNABLE!! Curlsmith is yet another company with a marketing ploy scam targeting curly girls - shame on you!!

The products smell great! My hair feels completely different. Much healthier and smoother. I’m looking forward to how my curls recover from treating them as frizzy hair for so long.

Easy online ordering and decent shipping times.

I recently bought a CurlSmith Defrizzion and I really don’t care for it. It takes a very long time to dry my thick, curly hair and it also makes it frizzy. The air passes through the diffuser much more strongly than my other dryers/diffusers and it blows more hair than is just in the diffuser. I really don’t care for it at all. I have spoken with customer service and they are refusing to let me return it. I’m so disappointed as I had no way of knowing if I would liike the dryer until using it.
