Item received does not match the picture. The two sides received are different types and do not connect together in any way.
Better responding to the customer would be a great improvement.

Sent model # and photos of existing battery as requested and was sent this replacement; neither the mounting nor connector fit. Multiple attempts to get a correct battery have resulted in complete inaction, running out my time to contest the credit card charge. You stole $245 from me.
On the one hand, the chair we ordered has been awesome for my dad and his independence. However, on April 18th 2025, I reached out with the following request for assistance, The left arm started getting loose and has now essentially disconnected. It appears to be the connector on the side. I asked for guidance on how to repair or other suggestions. Obviously, without the arm, it is dangerous to use. Ecem Husmenoglu told me over and over and over that his team was working on it. That is, until he stopped responding at all. It is now August 27, 2025 and this person representing Culver Mobility never responded or regarded me enough to offer options. That seems to be the new standard in customer service. If you don’t want to deal with it, ignore the consumer. In conclusion, if you buy a chair from this company, you better hope nothing ever goes wrong with it.

Came quickly and put together. I was afraid it’d have to be put together but it was completely put together! It’s well worth every penny I spent! Culver Mobility sent it in a timely manner and their products are well made!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere. I ordered a wheelchair and received it 2 days after ordering. The chair came not working. It has been over 2 weeks of fighting with this company to try and get either a refund or a working chair and it seems no closer to a solution than 2 weeks ago. We keep getting told we will get a return label sent to us then that it was emailed it has been 3 days of this and still don’t have a return label. I’m told a chair will be sent “next week” when I was told that over 2 weeks ago about a battery and still nothing. Meanwhile my loved one is left without a wheelchair and we are out almost $1800. Seriously save your time and avoid this company!
I would like to know what to do for a repair on this before things get worse with the joystick
Great chair, but it’s heavier than I expected. Older people will have trouble lifting it in and out of their vehicle.
Poor Customer Service. Sent wrong Item a $20 Atm bar. I ordered a $331. Wolf Battery. When I called customer service, they said you already received the battery. No I received the wrong order. As of today no answers, no battery. Just out $331. Dollars. Think twice when dealing with Culver due to poor structure o their Customer Service.
Helped me choosing the correct one.
