My experience with Culver Mobility has been excellent thus far! Whether it be with the Culver products such as the Wolf Power chair or my personal favorite the Panther Power chair. Along with my experience with the Culver mobility online store. The online store was easy to use and once I had received the package I had realized that the package was packaged nicely and handled with care. Thank You! :) Since this was my first experience dealing with Culver Mobility directly, given that my first Culver Mobility purchases were with Amazon. This was the first time that I had to deal with international shipping and costumes. Given that I am Canadian. This of course was an learning experience for me. "For which I was grateful for. Very light and manageable, I would like to purchase a backup battery if I could find one for sale. This is a great lift, good luck in finding a battery if the one it has goes bad.

Received the older version Not the one I ordered and wrong color also when emailed, called but got no response back. Good product but Do Not purchase from this Company that does not take care the customer.

We don’t have the battery. It was delivered to a mailbox in Santa Ana California and we live in Windsor Ontario Canada. Not great service

Wrong part sent, and it's been used

The charger I received is not the correct charger, it doesn't even look like the one online. Before I even purchased the charger, I contacted Culver to verify that this was a single-pin charger and they confirmed but could not provide a picture to confirm. I emailed them about receiving the incorrect as soon as I got the charger in the mail and we still haven't resolved the issue. The Couger scooter requires a single-pin charger. The one I received was a three-pin charger.

I was charged with credit, but never received it. It’s been over a month!

We ordered the Wolf Foldable Black power wheel chair and received the brown one. We also ordered a spare battery which was never received and components were missing from the accessory kit. Despite several communications with Culver and assurances this would be corrected after a month it seemed meaningful communication was terminated. Further reporting to the BBB was ignored. Very disappointed that what we paid for was not delivered. Also reported an annoying high pitch whine from the chair when it is engaged forward or back was responded to that all Culver chairs emit this sound, no other brand does this.

Shipping ?? Did not arrive yet this is July 9/26

I have a return control didint fit

Incorrect part, Even after sending photos and conversing with them. Wrong connectors, wiring different, doesn't fit without changing connections.

Awful. I still haven’t received my scooter. It was shipped to Canada instead of to me. I’m getting excuses of let us investigate this instead of them shipping another scooter. I needed this for an event this weekend. How can it take over 4 days to investigate? Just send a new one while you search for the mistake that sent my scooter to a completely different country.
