Very unhappy stil haven't received my order it's been 3 weeks so far. Company not very helpful did not even look into it. Very discouraged.

They never sent the battery. I can’t get in contact with customer service. They won’t let me give zero stars

I ordered a chair lift and received it but it had the wrong charger I spoke to Yanki Cam , who was very helpful but could do nothing. This person told me to order another charger, which I did Order number is 3230. It was ordered in March but tracking says label created, awaiting shipment. What good is a lift without a charger? Why did they send the wrong one? I need the lift so I need NEED the charger. It’s paid for so please send the correct charger. Otherwise, service has been satisfactory.

Order placed: February 16, 2026 Order #: 111-4241147-4209828 Overall, I am very satisfied with this wheelchair. The wheel size is excellent and works very well on different types of terrain. It provides good balance and stability, even on slightly uneven surfaces. The overall build quality feels strong, durable, and suitable for heavy-duty use. The wheelchair is foldable, which makes it easy to store and transport. The controls are simple and user-friendly, making it easy to operate even for seniors. The joystick response is smooth, and maneuvering in small spaces is quite convenient. Locking & Safety: The braking and locking system works well and gives a secure feeling when the chair is parked. It would be helpful if the company clearly explains all locking features in the manual for better understanding. Suggestions for Improvement: Tyre Pressure Information: The company should clearly mention the recommended tyre pressure (PSI) in the manual. Maintaining proper tyre pressure is very important for safety, comfort, and long-term performance. Stronger Seat and Back Base: The chair currently comes with a soft cushion, which is comfortable. However, there is no hard base under the seat and back. It would be better to provide a strong, hard base structure so users can add their own soft cushion on top for better support and durability. Wrong part was sent. The website does not have a clear description of the part. I ordered from the website picture. The item sent was different from the website picture.

We received the incorrect joystick. The one we received is not the same one we ordered, nor is it the same one shown in the photos. We have made several attempts to call and speak with someone. No one answers the phone.

The battery that was received did not match the description or the photo of the product that was ordered. It does not work with the wheelchair that was advertised as compatable.

You sent a 10ah battery instead of a 11ah battery. It came in a Large box from California to Tennessee with no protection and no packing material. . . none at all. For 350. 00 you could have 1. Sent the correct Battery and 2. Packed it to withstand a 2000 mile trip across country. Absolutely unacceptable.

There are 2 problems: 1. You did not include the plug portion of the charger. 2. You sent the wrong charger. It was supposed to be able to connect directly to the battery, not the joystick controller.
