This was my first time buying online from Culture Kings and wow! I ordered Tuesday night and it arrived Friday morning! I never write reviews but I was so impressed I had to. Thank you!
Placed an order for a digital gift card on 12/23 it is 12/28 and I still do not have it to give out!! I mistakenly put a digit off on my email, saw the error right after, so I contacted Culture Kings right after to have it corrected and still nothing! There customer service is a joke, they do not have a direct line to just call to remedy the situation, no everything through email or their un-usable AI chat bot. I’ve emailed at least 5 times and keep getting a response of we will get back to you in 24-48hrs, lol, still nothing, all while the person I ordered the gift card for still has nothing! Every other digital gift card i ordered fir people asks you for the recipient’s email so it can be sent directly to it, not to yours so then you have to email the gift card to them, do dumb, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company as I’ve never had this hard of a time getting something fixed! I would cancel it, but the charge a $6. 95 fee to do that! Good luck with this company. .
Ive been ordering from culture kings for years now. Always fast shipping, amazing quality clothing an fantastic prices.
Worst customer service, last time I will shop there
I purchased a shirt for my son online, paid for it. then thought I will get my other son one. I hit continue shopping. it logged me out. I then went back in ordered again the second shirt. The deal was over $100 and its free shipping. I emailed saying, I have been charged for 2 lots of shipping to the same address within seconds of purchase and it should be free according to your promo. If not I am still happy to pay the one lot of shipping. Trinity from customer service said, sorry that is not how it works. I said, well since its same address at least just charge me the one shipping fee. . this went on back and forth and then I get. . . SORRY our delivery team was so fast its already been sent out. hahah. Common sense. . . zero. . customer service care factor - zero. Will i shop from here again. ZERO!!!

I have spent a total for $300 with this company trying to give thier clothing a chance. I cannot recommend this less. Every single piece of clothing has a completly different size. An XL here wont be an XL there sort of thing. I know there’s items that say “oversized” but my comparison is for both styles. And oversized L on one hoodie is not the same as an overzird L on another. The quality of the clothing its awful too. It really is a game of chance every time I order. Ive asked before about refunds and sending my stuff back, but they make it almost impossible to do so. For this hoodie in particular, I ordered an XL, and almost all the material is in the arms? Its comical at this point, it sits like a medium on chest and waste but I have enough arm room for 6 of my arms. Who is this even for? Please, please, do not support this company, learn from my mistakes, I have given so many chances becsuse I like the designs but the material used, customer service, and everything above is awful.
A1 with me never complain
I bought this jacket a few days ago in a small size, but it didn’t fit. Tried contacting customer service to return it, and when I went to NZ Post, they told me it would cost $60 just to send it back to Australia. I messaged customer service again to ask if I could return it to their Auckland store since I live in Christchurch, but they said no and the only option is to ship it back to Australia at my own cost. Their return policy is absolute trash and don't buy from them if u are in nz
I have always had a hard time finding hats that look and fit good, and I found the 3 hats for 65$ deal, and thought I would give culture kings a try. Truly some of the highest quality hats I’ve found, the designs are awesome and they came in great shape, no creases or wrinkles. Super happy with this purchase and I will buy from here again.

Great product
Worst experience in resolving shipping issues, took 1 month to resolve. No urgency in resolving. Very slow response times not within their 24-48 hour timeframe. Got an apology because the agent Madelyn I was dealing with was “out of the office”. No apology for the length of time it took to resolve no accountability. NOTHING. 1 month later still NOTHING. No acknowledgment of their mistake.
Bought the magnetic levitating shoe stand, item is a recall which I was never notified. Once I stumbled upon the realisation I completed all the steps given to me in order to receive a refund, months have passed without a whisper, further emails sent to no avail. At this point I had to throw it away to avoid it catching fire and I can’t sell it as I wouldn’t want anyone getting injured.
