Always a pleasure to visit the Notting Hill branch, as soon as you walk in everyone is super friendly. I had my eye test with Kaajal who was very thorough explained every test to me. Then Varman who I met on my first visit a few years ago and he’s still smiling always happy to give you his opinion on new styles that you may like no pressure to purchase anything just always happy to assist.

I have always been an advocate of Cubitts - both products and service. My most recent experiences have changed this. I still think the products are excellent; good quality, stylish and reasonably priced. The customer service, however, has been extremely poor. The customer services team gives conflicting advice depending on which advisor provides it. Response times are slow - if you get a response...

Ed and Steph from the Old Town location went out of their way to find the exact sunglasses I was looking for. Continuously going downstairs to grab pair after pair without my even asking, as they were genuinely excited for me to try different styles. I've struggled to find a well fitted pair for years now and Cubitts solved this issue in a day for me. Again, Ed and Steph provided some of the best customer service I've ever received.

I love my Cubitts, unfortunately the hinge broke. I've email customer service 4 times over 2 weeks and gotten no response. Sadly have to give 1 star.

Great looking frames but, unfortunately, screws fell out of both pairs of glasses bought! Having to wear my old glasses. Contacted customer services on 2 occasions for replacement screws. I am still waiting nearly 1 month later!! Apparently , they are not able to send 2 tiny screws via first class post!! Ridiculous!

Have been a Cubitts member for over 6 years and I can't fault the quality of the spectacles and in-store experience. Online however, a totally different experience altogether. I required a pair of new glasses pretty quickly and submitted an out of date prescription which is still totally fine for my eyes and I don't feel the need to change it until my lenses are no longer fit for purpose. I was told that it is company policy to not issue any spectacles to out of date prescriptions, even though they fit my requirements perfectly and that I would need to have another eye examination (at an additional cost) before I can get my new glasses. Avoid if you find yourself in a similar position.

A friend of mine had a fall and broke his glasses while we were visiting. Ed and Ewa were so kind as to mend the glasses: they were just so nice about it! I would definitely go back to try on some frames.

Poor service. Bought two pairs of glasses on Saturday and decided against one of the pair on Monday. Tried unsuccessfully to call branch on at least 15-20 times. Called the HQ number where the customer service agent told me there’s only one person working on Mondays at the Jermyn St branch and he probably not answering calls. Just that statement alone spoke volumes of the level of customer service Cubitts offer. The bluntness of her statement left me stunned. Told the agent that the fact the branch won’t pick up the phone doesn’t help me and this was met with silence. Had to tell the customer service agent I wasn’t getting anywhere with her and I’ll end the call. So I’m left with a pair I wanted to exchange for another shade with a branch who can’t be bothered to answer call. Wish I had never dealt with Cubitts and stuck with MOSCOT. I’m sure the fact I’m a tourist plays a part and once they have your money Cubitts don’t care. My loss I guess

I recently tried Cubitts for the first time. I needed to have an eye test and get some glasses. The eye test was a real pleasure both from a professional and technical perspective and also on a personal level chit-chatting with the optometrist. Very efficient and thorough! I tried on a few pairs of glasses and both the optometrist and the other staff member was super helpful finding frames they recommended for my face shape, skin tone, hair colour etc. Opinions were honest and friendly, and much appreciated. My glasses were ready in two days for collection and I love them. Incredible service and a really nice experience. Would highly recommend!

Ed is the Edinburgh store was brilliant. He was super knowledgeable of the product and helped me chose the perfect pair of glasses for me. Would 100% recommend Cubitts and Ed up in Edinburgh.

I’m very disappointed. The delivery option on the checkout page stated that the DHL delivery was free. Now i receive a message from DHL to pay 50€ for custom. With a product at 150 € (an expensive present already), you would expect some transparency. Not a shop i would from again. By the way, at Xmas that pair of glasses was 40 euros more expensive than in January 2023. I should have guessed you like fooling your clients.

I wear three different Cubitts frames that I purchased in the past 3 years. Today I visited the Belgravia Store and had a rehab of each frame performed by Fred. Fred has patiently restored my frames back to an as new condition and I am very happy! This service was provided without charge to me. Amazing after-sales service from Cubitts. Whilst in-store I took the opportunity to pick my next frame that, for now, I have added to My Wishlist. Cubitt's commitment to avoid wastage rests high with my own principles. I sincerely recommend Cubitts to all.
