Size reccomendations is poor. Said I need 3XLT. I DO NOT NEED A TALL SIZE.

Very happy with my purchase and the service I received.

The only thing that Cubavera is missing is direct contact with customer service. It would be very convenient if they would offer a phone number for customers to call and speak directly to a live representative should they have any issues with their orders.

Shirt was good, shoes were good, pants. . . not so much. First time returning the pants for an exchange was easy. Trying to exchange the 2nd pair that were still too small was not easy at all. I finally gave up and simply returned them.

My 1st package was accidentally misdelivered, but Cubavera resolved that issue. My 2nd package arrived well. I recommend adding the protection with all of your purchases. I sincerely prefer direct contact with customer service vs. Ai assistance. Other than that, Cubavera makes BEAUTIFUL Guayabera shirts!
