This was my 3rd order with Casper and I am very pleased at the speed and accuracy of the shipping. I hope they look into changing the pillow case size for the Twin XLs. One King pillow case is fine and expected.

The woman at the store in Upper Canada Mall was amazing. She chatted with us to find out what we were looking for and gave me space to try out all the different mattresses. Once I had chosen what I thought would be THE ONE, she assured me that it was the exact mattress that the majority of people choose and love. Then, she went online to help me find a bed frame that I was imagining for it, even though they had bed frames in the store. She pointed out the importance of wide wooden slats that needed to be close together for proper support. She understood I had a budget that wouldn't allow me to buy both the mattress and frame in the store. I literally hugged her! Then when it was time to purchase the mattress, she included a set of sheets! Delivery was also seamless - I actually had to alter the destination of the mattress at the last minute and they handled it beautifully! I would highly recommend Casper mattresses, the Upper Canada store personnel as well as their delivery company to everyone looking to replace their bed. They are 5 stars in every way possible!
