I LOVE CBS, and have been a customer for years now. I've never had a problem until my last order. Somehow it was sent to the wrong address, and I reached out to CBS multiple times for help (as well as USPS), and never got a response. I know this is a small business and I understand I am one of your many customers, but this recent experience has certainly skewed my decision to purchase future orders. :(

I always make sure to order a small batch of different soaps. After the first one I just couldn't use any other soap. The bar have amazing scents and never leave any sort of residue. Plus you always get a beautiful polished crystal.
