I was so happy with the arrival time and packing was solid. The bath bombs I got were my favorite I’ve ever gotten and my kid is super into the little soaps with crystals in em!

I like your products. However, the awaken the sorceress had the wrong crystal in it. Instead of a pink Botswana agate, it had a white Howlite. I bought it for the pink Botswana, so it was disappointing to receive something else. However, it’s the only time that this has happened and I’ve been ordering from you since 2018.

These products are my favorite things in the entire world. After finding Crystal Bar Soap a few years ago I have become OBSESSED and I can't get enough. Every product is so beautiful, so thoughtful, so creative, and so much fun. My self care rituals have been elevated x1000000 and I can't imagine life without CBS. I love your products, which is why it's 3 stars and not 2. The website is a little convoluted and the customer service is nonexistent. I've reached out to customer service everywhere I could think of: their Facebook page, messenger, email, text, and comments and one question on the website. I have never heard back and my messenger message was never viewed. I've made review comments on the website and didn't get points for them. When On the website, when I'm looking for something, I can't find everything in one spot. I find the newly listed things but then I'll click on bath bombs and they're not always under the bomb section. I'm also really disappointed that there are a ton of new soaps and bombs, and even a few new oils, some restocks of salts but there are no new body butters and they are my favorite product. One of the bath salts I got smelled rancid, like the oil in it was rancid. I added some rose essential oils and it fixed the overall scent but in the actual bath I could still smell the bad carrier oil(s). Again, the products are great, the price is a little much but I'm always willing to pay more to support small businesses and especially small women owned businesses. I just think things could be better. Maybe get someone dedicated to customer support would be something to consider.

Nighttime detox - cleansing face bar soap for oily skin. Honestly I have really oily skin. My job requires a lot of physical activity, so unfortunately I sweat a lot giving me mild acne.(with sensitive skin the struggle is real) With that being said this bar didn’t exactly smell pleasant plus it totally dried out my skin to the point where I would only use it once every three days and even then my skin would still be a little dry. I am going to try a different face cleansing bar from this company since this was the only bad experience I’ve had with any bar so far.

I ended up getting the pink soap bar called “ decisive pleasure” and it did not disappoint. The best way I can describe the scent to anybody is if you’ve ever walked into Victoria’s Secret. It’s spot on. I can’t wait to order another one!!!
