I like Crumble pot, they look so pretty and cute. The after-sales service was also very good, although the mail reply was slow, but the Facebook reply was very fast. My problem was handled very well, and I am very satisfied.

Loving the blue colour, and the quality of the pots & pans!! They are really good quality and is even better knowing I’m cooking for my family in none toxic cooking pans. Love them!

Very quick shipping to NZ. Happy with the compact design. Super easy to use. Looks cute. Packaged perfectly. The price on special was great. Could be slightly less in price for what it is. Feels like a normal air fryer to me. I brought as I thought it was specifically low tox but still has what appears to be normal coatings. I am happy with my purchase on a whole. Thank you!

Dutch oven - cream. Stickers leave sticky residue on product that is impossible to remove. There’s a sticker inside the Dutch oven where you place the bread. I peeled the sticker off but it left a huge patch of sticky residue. I spent a long time trying to scrub it off as you can not use the product until it’s all gone because of the placement of the sticker. There’s another sticker on the outside of the Dutch oven. Have not been able to remove the sticky residue, despite trying every tip and trick. Since then I have used the product but am now left with permanent burnt-in sticky residue. See photo. Dutch oven itself is fine, but please find an alternative to stickers that leave awful residue.

We purchased the Classic Dutch Oven 26cm in Hermes’ Blue. Delivery was exceptionally fast and we were not disappointed. We have now used it twice and both meals have been so flavoursome. I feel that this will now be my go to pot. Looking forward to trying the ceramic frypans.
