Could not ask for better

Shipping and service very fast thank you

Excellent! I have purchased several beautiful, quality Australian Creswick wool products. It's wonderful that you are able to deliver orders via Australia Post to a PO Box, which is a requirement when living rural. Thank you!

Excellent product and great customer service!

Feel so comfortable and warm in a Melbourne winter. Delivery was very quick.

Super quick to arrive, customer service were able to help with an error at point of order, no hiccups on their end purely user error on mine by picking the wrong size which they amended before shipping occurred.

I incorrectly selected the wrong color, and the returns process, staff were most very helpful. I was expecting more to the process, but the process was extremely quick and easy. Great customer support.
