A respected and established company that I can trust, I last used a Creed perfume in the 1980’s when there was an intensely rose scented perfume which I liked. However, I could not afford it then, and now I don’t see it in their selection. But, I really like the Royal Princess Oud which is a long lasting and unique fragrance where the Oud has an attractive, interesting smell rather than the many ‘barn yard’ smells that cheaper perfume producers make.

The fragrance itself is absolutely beautiful and I really enjoy wearing it. Unfortunately, for £220 I expected much better longevity. On me, it lasts around 4 hours at most, which is very similar to some of my £40–£50 fragrances. At this price point, I expected a noticeable step up in performance as well as scent quality. I love the smell, but overall I don’t feel it offers good value for money and I wouldn’t recommend it to friends at this price. If I were spending £220 again, I’d probably explore other niche fragrances with better longevity.
