For the quality of the product and the price you charge, I would expect the engraving service to be carried out to a much higher standard. Unfortunately, the engraving looks cheap and does not reflect the premium, luxury image that your brand is marketing. I hope this feedback reaches someone who is in a position to make improvements, as it would make a significant difference to the overall customer experience.
