I'm really pleased with how the engraving has turned out on the three lunch boxes I purchased. Such a great alternative to name labels that eventually fade and fall off. Excellent and responsive customer service, generous sales and a great range of products. I will definitely be shopping here for any future lunch box purchases.

We love the Oasis water bottles we bought. One had a fault, which was responded to quickly and a replacement bottle sent straight out. .

Very poor customer service. No updates since I placed an order, it is past 10 days now. Tried contacting multiple times, with no answer. The order includes school essentials for a first time school going kid. Very disappointed!!

Item was posted in a timely manner. I ordered several B box items and I didn’t realise that there was an actual pack and I got a surprise when I received an extra smaller lunch box as well. I appreciated it so much

Very fast delivery, unfortunately the package was stolen from my front door before I could get it.

Product was as wanted. Was disappointed that I needed to email to find when product was arriving to be told waiting on colour I ordered. An email explaining that would have been nice. I offered to take new colour that had come in and got ordered within the week.

Products arrived safely and as described. The personalisation on the b box was excellent.
