I met Phil via a phone call to Creative Escape Rooms when I called about planning a family escape room. He was patient, friendly, and very informative about all of the products available. My order arrived quickly and I was delighted with the workmanship of each of the items I ordered. I have "tested" them with a few of the members of family and was thrilled how intrigued the very youngest children, as well as, their parents by the puzzles. It immediately caused them to interact and discuss different solutions in completing them.
