Bought an engagement ring two years ago and it was absolutely stunning. Then I bought a pair of diamond and sapphire earrings in July which are amazing. After a few months of wear it seems like they've showing sings of oxidation so I contacted their customer service. I'm happy to say they just needed cleaning and were definitely not oxidized. They took them, cleaned and polished them and sent them back within less than a week and completely free of charge. Perfect example of how customer support should be done from start to finish.
