Really pleased with my new earrings although I had a problem with one of the butterflies breaking but this was very promptly sorted replaced.

This was by far the best customer service I’ve ever received. On the Thursday, I called the store to enquire about an item I’d seen on their website. I asked if they’d be able to share more images of the ring and within ten minutes I’d received two videos of the ring and two images along with it. One video was even taken outside so that I could see the ring in the natural light. I bought something to replace my wedding rings which I miss wearing since separating from my husband and I’ve ended up with the most beautiful ring, I literally received it the morning after, not even 24 hours had passed by the time of my initial enquiry! The ring is just so beautiful, extremely well made, the stone is set perfectly and I got it on offer too so this was an absolute bargain. I also need to mention the amazing packaging! The presentation and the quality of the ring and the box / bag and box it arrived in is outstanding and so tasteful. The ring looks so expensive, it’s easily the nicest ring I’ve ever owned and I’ve had some beauties in my time. Thank you so much. I will most certainly be coming back to you for more beautiful jewels in the future.

I came across their website when I image searched a particular style of ring I couldn’t find anywhere else. Unfortunately the size I needed wasn’t in stock so I spoke to customer service using the chat and they were nothing but helpful.
