Great products. I have yet to have any problems that Crankbrothers didn't resolve for me. In fact, the only issue I ever had was the pin in one of multitools breaking. Crankbrothers immediately sent me a replacement pin and an extra spare to have on hand if it happened again. Awesome customer service!
