Great shipping. Great customer service as I asked why no cleats with shoes and the rep explained they get thrown in the trash a lot so they are not including them. However, he sent me out some cleats because I couldn't read the website where they said NO CLEATS. Maybe he felt sorry for me because I couldn't read. LOL.
