I am using craftsman construction cost books and online cost data software. I will rate these products 10/10.

I REALLY, REALLY wish this was a stand alone again. On top of that, a 10 month subscription instead of 12 just seems petty.

Very cost-effective alternative to RSMeans or the other ones. I like that it includes agricultural buildings, and can be used for Canada!

Once you get the hang of the program, it works really I really like the copy and paste and where you can just fill in the numbers from other estimate I do have a problem with part of the material pricing it's close sometimes it's hard to compare apples with the oranges and I would like to see more namebrand products for better pricing
