Had the parcel sent direct to my family in Sweden - very easy to arrange and reasonably priced. Can’t comment on the goods yet as I haven’t seen them personally, but I know they have arrived in good shape

Order carriage music box, when parcel arrived they had sent a unicorn music box. Rang customer services who very quickly sent prepaid return lable. Post item back & very quickly correct item sent. Item is lovely
