I can't get a hold of them to fix my cpap machine under warranty sooo frustrating

Avoid buying. They took my money, they don’t have stock this is a scam.

Usually they are really good this time the sent me 2 of the wrong headgear straps took forever to be able to kind off contact them none of the numbers work and they are replacing 1 of them even tho I bought 2 and I'm still waiting for that one 2 arrive which is frustrating. Hopefully they fix it up soon.

Yeah it was ok but had taken a while to get to me, the products are great & I hope you mob are not gonna go out of business like the mob I was dealing with in vineyard in western Sydney for 10 years & don’t honour their warranties, it’s pretty bad when we don’t have a direct shop here in Sydney anymore. There is absolutely nowhere to get in touch with this company. The phone number on the website responds that the "mailbox is full", there's no email address and no alternate number. Pity - I would have liked to hire a machine. Oh well.

Hired on 12/12, deducted $28 on 13/12. Deducted $28 again on 20/12, the same day I received the machine. I emailed them asking how do I return after use, no reply. Deducted $28 again on 27/12. I emailed again 30/12 and received error message saying "address couldn't be found". I called 1300870600 and voicemail said "0492950119 voicemail is full. cannot leave message". Hence, I've reported to Scam Watch and is trying to block my card. Might need to make a trip to their Altona Nth shop, hopefully, that address is real.

Ordered a replacement mask and strap. Got the wrong mask, and the wrong strap. Order number is 21012770 Can't reach anyone by phone, and my emails bounce. Voice mail says it's full. I've tried contacting the company and the director Neil Bates on LinkedIn to no avail. If I don't hear anything in the next few days I'll be making a complaint to NSW fair trading.

let down by Australia Posts delivery time and delivery cost !!.

Incorrect item in an opened pack & no response by phone, email nor facebook message for more than 2 weeks. Previous orders were affordable and prompt (or later than 2 weeks); but consider when you order that if there's an error made with your order do not expect a response and that you may simply need to spend the money again elsewhere.
