I placed an order Order #21013363 more than 2 months ago, plaid amount in full, till now (end of June 2025) there is no update on my order. Contact number on the website 1300 870 600 does not work. There has been no response when I enquired about the same on email. This is not acceptable. Talat

I hired the CPAP machine
I hired the CPAP machine for a month and then returned it but the address they gave me is undeliverable. I still receive alert on my e-mail of failed subscription. It was automatically set to deduct money from nominated account. I can't contact them again with the phone number on the website. Organisation e-mail is also not reachable.

I’m very disappointed with the service that I got I never received the CPAP machine that I ordered on the 9/4/2025 they have taken the money out I’ve tried calling and emailing but couldn’t get through and the emails just kept coming back undelivered will never be going through them again

Express post. What a crock still waiting after 2 weeks. No response to emails. Cant call them. Reason for purchase, I have purchased before from them. Latest service is shocking. You look on the Shop App, and it still says being prepared after 2. 5 weeks.

Worst Customer Service Ever
I hired a CPAP machine for an extended trip in Australia. To start, they began charging my card and then it took 2 weeks to get the machine. After repeated attempts (phone and email) to contact them I was finally told they would credit my card for the time while I was waiting for the machine to be shipped out. That never happened. Then, at the end of my trip, I returned the machine per their instructions. I sent notification that I was returning it, along with the shipping/tracking information. I tracked the shipment and can see that for 2 weeks it has been sitting "Awaiting Collection" but no one has taken delivery nor have they stopped charging my card the weekly fee. I have made 6 different attempts to contact them to get this resolved with no response. I have decided that my only course of option is to dispute this charge with my credit card company and have them flagged as fraudulent. Visa is now taking the lead on this on will hopefully have better success at getting this resolved.

Order arrived quickly but minus one item. No way to contact this business by phone or email. Phone diverts to message advising mail box is full. Emails aren't answered. Won't be buying anything from here again and wouldn't recommend anyone else does if they require after sales service.

Don't Expect Aftersales Service
Ordered items were received quickly, however part of the order was missing. Tried emailing twice with no response. 1300 number diverts to a message advising the mailbox is full - not a great way to run a business. Won't be ordering products from this business again.
