When I called Countertop Epoxy, I immediately got connected to a knowledgeable human representative. My application was outside of their typical advertised uses. The representative was open about what they could and could not tell me with certainty about this application. Yet, they were able to recognize potential risks and convey them to me clearly, along with mitigations. In addition, I got valuable technical information about their product, along with hints and tips for a successful application. One of my dilemmas was whether to use the "Premium FX" or "FX Black Label" product. The representative made a very well thought recommendation, based on the subtleties of my application. We concluded with equally well considered recommendations on which accessories I should purchase, and which were not strictly necessary. Based on that, I placed my order on that same call. With the support I got from Countertop Epoxy, I was able to proceed with my DIY project with confidence. had small mixup with order, got 2 gallons resin, no hardener ... called, they shipped out hardener that day with no charge ... said to call when i want more hardener for the other gallon of resin .... instructions are on youtube all over the place ... product is great ... covered rough sawn white pine for large kitchen table

I’m a paint contractor and I’ve done a many of Metalic floors. Y’all’s product for my countertops was top notch. My tops came out great. The only problem I had was the packaging for the grey base liquid when first delivered it was busted in box quick response on getting me another grey out but when it arrived it was leaking as well so better packaging on that stuff. The bag that it’s in bust to easy I’m guessing. But overall when I do another project I will be using y’all’s products.

We just finished our second project and it turned out beautifully. We are already planning the next one. I'm very impressed with how well this system works and the customer service is amazing, they are extremely helpful if you have questions.

I’m new to the epoxy world but have to say countertop epoxy was with me all the way. Had a few hiccups with my orders but the customer service is unmatched, totally on top of getting things right! Good clear easy communication with follow through the entire process. Love the videos showing and explaining the steps involved for a one of a kind countertop! I will be ordering more products soon!
