my order still hasn't arrived

I ordered this nine days before Halloween 2024. The same day, I ordered a costume for my wife from Spain (I didn't know "Spain" until I rec'd the order conf. ). I received my wife's costume, from Spain, 3 days later. I received this costume from Costumes. com two days after Halloween (11 days). (I live in Cincinnati, and I think Costumes. com is in the Chicago Region, which is about a 5. 5-hour drive. ) I don't know the quality of this costume yet, because Halloween has come & gone, but my advice is to either buy from someplace else, or buy from Costumes. com at least 14 working days before you need your purchase.

Ordered in time, received six days after event. Not eligible for return based on wording (within date of ORDER) vs. delivered. One and done with costumes. com

I’d give them no stars if possible. When I received the costume it was horribly creased and mishapen. I laid it out hoping that it would bounce back but it didn’t. A warped M&M doesn’t work, the shape is the whole point. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund. They got back to me asking what the problem was. I sent photos of the costume and asked how I could return it. I’ll admit I had a really busy month and didn’t get back to them right away. They said it had been too long and I could no longer return it. The item has never been worn and with the way it looks probably never will be. Such a waste. Most stores allow for 30 day returns which is why I didn’t get ahold of them right away. Instead I had to look for another last-minute costume because they don’t care how they package their items. Pretty unimpressed by them and their customer service. My experience has been so negative that I will never shop here again. And that doesn’t seem to bother them one bit.

The white material is a little see-through, but otherwise a great costume.

If I could rate zero stars, I would.

I ordered a pirate costume and got a Batman costume instead. I never received the costume and still haven't received a refund or anything. This is a terrible rip off.

This order was placed 10/1/2024 I emailed asking for status update/tracking number on 10/18 with no response. I again emailed and asked if I should cancel the order 10/26 with no response. The order delivered 11/6

A vindictive company that does not give a rip about customer service.

They didn’t ship on time and are unresponsive.

Perfect, fast shipping, small convenient to carry, and simply exactly what I was looking for!

Cancelling costumes so late made it very difficult to find something else at the last minute

My order said it would arrive before Halloween, but as I checked the shipping status daily, it didn’t ship for six or seven days after I placed the order. I reached out to costumes. com twice and was first informed that due to a large amount of orders (as I’m sure typically happens at Halloween) some orders were delayed. I wasn’t offered consideration, which is why I won’t order again.

Items never arrived despite being ordered well in advance, extremely disappointing experience.

Can't contact anyone to return my item. Wrong size was sent to me.
