I was required to give a 1 star, but I’m giving a “zero star” review here, which is appropriate. The site indicates and acts like my order is fulfilled, when it has NOT been. My order (141985), had a message “all products have been sent. ” But they have NOT. The tracking provided with the order ONLY indicates “a shipping label has been prepared for your item” since August 5! So, nothing has ACTUALLY been sent/fulfilled! Emailing the “help” initially received kind but “wait and see” replies, and since then they’ve been ghosting me. It’s embarrassingly poor to receive this kind of lack of service, especially when just a tiny bit of effort toward looking into whatever went wrong could have cleared it up and gotten these items I ordered and paid for to me, long ago. It would be GREAT if these poor reviews could be enough to actually prompt someone to help me out! *sigh*
