This was my first time ordering from Costumes. com and it was a great experience. All 4 costumes purchased were great quality, sized correctly, packaged well and shipped timely. Prices were reasonable too. I will definitely buy from them again in the future!

Shipping was fast and on time for Christmas

Wrong size was sent twice. On the third try, the company said that they're just going to refund the money due to they cannot guarantee that the right size will be sent. Terrible quality control in this company!

Costume came as needed. I was worried it would not arrive in time for the event but contacted customer service and they promptly replied and I got the costume when needed.
