Such incredible customer service. My costumes measurements were wrong. They sent me a return label and are now shipping the new costume out rush so I can receive in time for a Halloween party. The costume is a good quality too

The e-mails listed on your website and in your e-mails keep coming back as undeliverable. Your websites return policy does not list any refund/restocking fees, this is not right. I am very disappointed with my experience and trying to contact customer service.

I had trouble contacting the company when I had a question, but the product and delivery were both good.

I selected express shipping, on Oct 23rd to receive it for halloween, and I didn't receive it until Nov 1st. I emailed and they said the accidently shipped it out standard, I had to ask twice for a refund for paying for express when they sent the parcel standard. Absolutely ridiculous, never will buy from here again.
