I had a super oily skin, acne break out so much due to clogged pores NO! Been trying the salicylic acid daily gentle cleanser it suits me well, i apply together with Aloe 54. 2 Aqua Tone-Up Sunscreen, they work best. My skin not too dry by the salicylic acid and yet moist topup with the sunscreen and it glows my skin as well. After 3 months of using them I try COSRX AHA 7 and BHA, they are superb in exfoliating the dead skin. Acne gone very fast, the skin looks healthier. I would very love to share the moment how my skin changes a lot to COSRX. Shout out to COSRX!

Looks like they delete any negative reviews. My package was delivered to the wrong house and ups said they would have to deal directly with cosrx. Cosrx told us we have to deal with ups. We sent them a police report and everything. They won’t respond, won’t refund, won’t resend the package. We finally had to file a charge back after weeks and they have charged us from a different account, but still haven’t emailed back! We’ve supported this company for years. So disappointed.

Me and my boyfriend have used cosrx for 2-3 years. The products have been amazing for our skin. Unfortunately UPS delivered our package (over $100) to the wrong house. UPS wouldn’t resolve the issue with us only cosrx, and Cosrx told us we had to contact UPS, even after we sent a police report to cosrx. Their communication was SO SLOW and they did not resolve the issue. Did not offer a refund, to resend the package, nothing. This was weeks ago. We finally had to file a chargeback with the bank. Since I can’t trust them to be helpful in the event of something going wrong, I’ve decided to order from another company. ✌️

I wrote a bad review about the awards program, thinking they were to expire this April; but I was wrong. I guess they were saying they expire in a year. So sorry. It's a good website with lots of helpful products.

I think that it's asinine that my rewards points expire before I can even add them up. I get 5 days. FIVE days before they expire. I don't even have enough to redeem, but I'm getting an email to redeem or they expire? You're rewards system sucks!

Products are great. However, their customer service is the worse. My husband gave me a bunch of COSRX products for Christmas; some. of them not suited formy skin needs. We followed their return policy and sent the package back in December 2024. We haven't receive any refund. I emailed them a month ago and never replied back. They don't have a phone number listed in the website.

Unreal products, leaving skin not greasy very lightweight been using for month now and the product has alot to it don’t run out fast at all, i have really bad acne and this has not irritated the skin and its helps make my skin like glass

I started using the Snail 96 mucin. And wow, have I noticed a difference. I am 20 years old and have been struggling with moderate acne for almost 4 years now. I have tried EVERYTHING. Like literally EVERYTHING, and nothing worked. I pretty much gave up on skin care and for a couple months I was just washing my face with water, but my acne was still pretty moderate. Then my brother suggested that I give this a try and I was reluctant at first, but am so so happy I did because my skin feels so much healthier, I am getting significantly fewer breakouts and my previous acne scars are starting to fade. I thought I was losing my damn mind! I bought it twice not from the official site but from Korean beauty store. I realised this product is only half a bottle! Half a bottle! The first time I thought ok, my sister is using some, she wasn’t. I bought 2nd bottle and again not even 2 weeks it’s all gone. I’m barely using lots of the product because I know a little goes along way. But I honestly believe this new product is ripping us off. It’s literally only half of the product in the bottle if you put a light up to it you can see just how much is in there. Even though the bottle is glass and super dark, it makes us think it full all the way and won’t be able to see how much is in there. Please Do better! Thank you.

I just didn't just not appreciate the product, it was never delivered. I paid $50 for an order that after a month had still not arrived. Not only did they have the nerve to ask me to wait even longer, they offered me a $5 discount after several requests to "excuse" the inconvenience. It's ridiculous and insulting. Customer service is unacceptable. One month for a product when I ordered from another supplier and it arrived in the same week. Buying on Amazon is worth it.
