My eyes feel very rested. I leave them on all night for complete darkness and I find that this is great for a wonderful nights sleep, so not just what it does for my eyes, but rather overall health. I alternate between both of these, so one night with the cooling masks and the next night with the heating masks.

I have extremely severe dry eye and blephoneurospasm. The heated eye masks have truly been such a gift and are so impactful. I was disappointed in the drops though. I don’t like the dispenser. I prefer the type that comes on Ivizia.
