Cooler is super well built - am sure you could run it over with a truck and it’d be fine. Shipping arrived well before Christmas. Great product.

I ordered the item & a day later was notified personally by email that this item was out of stock. I was assured that it was on back order & that I would receive it before Christmas. I was kept informed about the status of my order. I felt like they treated me well. My item did arrive before Christmas.

trying to find a phone number to talk with someone was very difficult. Once I talked to someone service was great. Should put the phone number of the company front and center of your website. Not even on the website. I had to get the number by doing a company search on google

The cooler performed good. The one star is for the company. Purchased my cooler on Nov. 7th. On Nov. 8th I get an email about 30% off site wide. The cooler I purchased was included in the sale. Called to see if I could get a price adjustment to get the sale price, (not out of line seeing how it was only one day after my original order). I was told if I wanted the sale price I would have to pack up the original cooler, send it back and order another one at the sale price. This would have ate up most of what I would have saved. Can't trust a company or it's warranty after being treated this way. I know no one will read this, but it makes me feel good getting it off my chest. This is my last Cordova purchase. Can't wait to tell people about my experience, and will never recommend Cordova to anyone.
