Cooler is on par with other major cooler brands. Customer service was nice and professional. But 3 months for a cooler is ridiculous.

I placed an order for a Cordova cooler over a month ago, and I am extremely disappointed with the amount of time it has taken to receive it. Despite the estimated delivery time provided at the time of purchase, I am still waiting for my order with no clear update on its status. This delay is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience, since it was supposed to be a Father's Day gift. I expected better communication and service from Cordova Outdoors. I hope this review prompts the company to improve their delivery process and customer service.
