Delivery was fine , the size was too big

One item out of 4 wasn’t received so I had to phone. I was told the item wasn’t in stock and I did receive a refund; however, I question why I had to phone to get the refund as Coolibar would have realized they couldn’t fulfill the complete order. Also, days later I checked website and it still showed the item as being available???? Happy with the quality of the 3 items I did receive.

What happened to Coolibar. The quality is definitely not equal to past purchases. .

Runs large. I’ve already washed it so it’s a waste for me. Like the fabric and sleeve lenghty.

Beautiful style, great quality, right size, awesome vendor: easy to order, quick shipping, timely delivery. Surely will order now couple more of different colors. Thank you for a lovely product ❤️

Easy to clean, hard to stain, very versatile and comfortable

Rigid return with fees even with order not meeting expectation

Everything as expected

I like the length of the new skirt, but the waistband is so much smaller than the last style.

Wish I could return it. Return procedurenot obvious-unlike Nordstrom or Amazon

The Oceanside Tunic transitions well no matter what I have planned for the day. From A/C in the cafe to sunny and breezy at the beach, it provides comfort and style.

Ignored my request for cancellation even when i made them right after a purchase, and then also ignoring my follow up email for return. Terrible.

Fast shipping

Ordered 5 items. Arrived very quickly and shipping was free with the price. 2 items sadly did not fit quite right (despite same size of other items fitting well) - return quite pricey so opted to keep. Bit much to individually wrap each item imo, Overall quite pleased but shame about the two items we'll have to get tailored/can't wear

Fast shipping. Quality products.

Shipping super fast, but ANSWERING on a mail about size - this took as long as the shipping of the package, no kidding. Truly dissapointed.

As goos as the products may be, unformtunatelly my exprience with Coolobar had not been happy oprationally. My order contained 3 products, I only received two. I wrote them but no answer at all. The intention to return one of the items faded in these conditions. Too bad, the idea and the need to SPF clothing is great, but unformtuantelly the service is not at the standard.

Excellent Great Tbank you

Enjoy shopping here

Love it! Sizing is great. Its one size, I usually wear size large it fits nicely. A light pink colour would be really nice. Hope they have more colours soon.
