I absolutely LOVE Coolibar and all the items I received.

Coolibar made it so easy to shop and purchase. Items arrived on time and exactly as shown in the photos. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Excellent service, fast shipment.

I love my hat. It holds itself, stays cool, fit great. Shipping was fast. Looking forward to bring it on my next beach vacation.

This is not my first Coolibar purchase. Easy ordering and great delivery.

Great. Fast delivery, nicely packaged and great quality. Thank you

Paid for expedited shipping and didn’t get it.

very cool and fits great

I’m happy with the quality of the products I purchased, but unfortunately, my experience with the customer service was disappointing. I contacted customer service by email with a simple question regarding the shipping cost, but I never received a response. I find this particularly frustrating, as timely communication is an important part of a good customer experience. I was also disappointed to find out that items purchased on sale cannot be returned. I understand that companies may have different return policies, but I believe this should be clearly communicated and is something customers should be aware of before making a purchase. Overall, I like the products, but the customer service and return policy definitely left me disappointed. I hope the company will improve its communication with customers and reconsider its approach to returns on sale items.

Love coolibar for all things sun

Great tshirt with color I have been looking for

Easy to order online and fast delivery.

Product not the same as the first generation. Disappointing they have discontinued the elastic waist band. Run large in size.

I like that each item came inside its own biodegradable bag

Love this sun suit so much for our little one! Easy shopping, came quickly. 10/10 all around.

The swimsuit fits well and easy to put on and take off with the front zip. I am 5 feet 6 inches tall and weigh 120 pounds and I bought a size small. It provides much more effective sun protection for my hour long swims than sunscreen spf 50 did. I highly recommend it. The sleeves add minimal drag. When I first tried the suit on, the under-bust band felt very tight and I was worried, but as soon as I got in the water the feeling disappeared and it never bothered me again. The only thing I don't like is that the outer side of the leg openings roll up a tiny bit, exposing the lining. I think altering the way that seam is sewed could fix the problem.

Good Service, fast and eficient
