The sun jacket went on sale from $109 to $44 two days after I placed the order. A call to customer service had the representative confer with his supervisor for a price adjustment or gift card (his suggestion). Both were refused by the supervisor. He was prompt and polite in returning the call with the information and mailed a 20% discount for the next purchase. Companies I’ve dealt with in the past honored the discounted price if it falls within a week of purchase. It was an unpleasant surprise and will affect future orders for me.
