I found this company through Amazon, but, as usual, I searched for the company directly and ordered through the website. I was able to find the size and thickness that I wanted as well as getting a factory second. Ordering was easy. Instructions for cleaning and seasoning were clear and easy to follow. I have used it twice: once for cauliflower crust pizza and once for rustic home milled whole wheat bread. Both turned out perfectly. Based on my experience, I have recommended the steel to several friends.
